ORDERS
Orders can take 1-5 business days to process and pack.
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.
U.S. SHIPPING POLICY
It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar service. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS or equivalent service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier who delivered your package within 7 days to file a claim.
Happy Morning does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We will work with the carrier on the claim but you must first make the claim with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS or equivalent service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We pride ourselves in timely international orders. That being said, in the early stages of our business we are still working valiantly on lowering shipping rates. Do to high demand, we offer a flat $25 shipping rate (often underpricing what we have to pay for shipping) in order to allow people to support our future. More changes will be coming soon to help international shipping prices.
RETURNS
ALL ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED AFTER EMAIL APPROVAL FROM happymorningbrand@gmail.com due to damages goods or incorrect product ONLY.

You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive.
Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are sent out within 2-5 business days of being ordered. This process should never take longer, however we are always here to answer your questions at happymorningbrand@gmail.com. Your email will be responded to within 24 hours. Depending on your location you should have your product within a week of clicking order.
HOW DO YOUR CLOTHES FIT?
All of our products are made with 100% cotton so if washed improperly it can shrink up to 5%. We always recommend ordering 1 size up for an oversized look.
HOW SHOULD HAPPY MORNING CLOTHES BE WASHED?
Wash with like colors
Machine wash cold
Machine dry on low heat.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to sizes or items if the fulfillment process has begun. If you wish to cancel your entire order there is no guarantee we can fulfill your request. You must contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.
AN ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Depending on the demand and production for each product, we may never stock a certain variant again. It's best to subscribe in order to be first in line for out of stick items.
WHERE IS MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order, we will send you an email with all the details including the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, send us an email at happymorningbrand@gmail.com and we will be happy to resend it for you.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and shipped. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.
